Technical Product Specialist
Selangor - Puchong

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage a specific territory or set of accounts by meeting and exceeding sales goal
- Accomplish sales objectives for the assigned territory through daily contacts to potential customers
- Provide product support to customers as part of the after sales service.
- Conduct product presentation to introduce new products into the market.
- Update customer database to support sales analysis
- Provide regular sales and forecast reports regarding relevant competitive and market information important to the overall situation of the business

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree inScience & Technology, BioTechnology, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
- Highly motivated, goal and business oriented individuals with excellent communication skills are sought
- Able to manage deadlines well, meticulous and with good working ethics

Responsibilities:
- Solicit and promote maximum sales of Easy by RHB products i.e. personal loan, ASB loan, debit card, insurance products and savings accounts
- Promote campaigns and communicate accurate information to the public
- Ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Bank
- Ensure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the Bank
- Ensure that the physical premise is well maintained in line with the quality and standards set by the Bank

Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in any field
- Minimum 3 years in direct sales / retail / banking sales for SPM holders
- Able to work on shift, public holiday and on weekends
- Experience in banking or any financial institution will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer oriented
