Accounting Assistant

The Job:
- Responsible for accounting duties including A/R & A/P, bank deposits;
- Handle administrative duties, filling & record updating
- Assist the month-end accounting entries, prepare inventory regular reports
- Provide clerical support and assist in ad-hoc issue

The Requirement:
- F.5 or above, with LCC or accounting knowledge has an advantage
- Able to work independently, willing to learn & go extra-mile type of strong team member work ethic
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good computer literacy including MS Office Applications, Chinese Word Processing (倉頡/速成)
- Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality and attitude, able to work under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility, cooperative, supportive, well-organized and self-motivated
- Immediate available is preferred

We are a firm of solicitors focusing on litigation practice. We are now recruiting for the following position:

Accounting and Administration Officer

Responsibilities:
- Prepare cheques and update all accounting entries
- Prepare invoices and ensure timely receipt of receivables
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable and arrange relevant matters
- Liaise with external auditors
- Responsible for all accounts administration and filing matters
- Perform company secretarial and administrative duties (including HR functions)
- Assisting other clerical works and ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:
- Associate Degree/Higher Diploma or above, with LCC Intermediate or equivalent
- Prior experience to work in legal industry would be an advantage
- Experience in using LIBRA Legal Account system would be an advantage
- Good command of spoken & written English, and Putonghua
- Able to work independently
- Hardworking and pleasant personality
- Immediate available is preferred
