Agro Mandiri Semesta Ganda Group is a group of companies which mainly focus on palm oil agribusiness as its core business. The Group is expanding rapidly; therefore we are looking for qualified professional people to join our company at the following position :

Asisten Kebun (Field Asisstant)
Papua

Responsibilities:
- Able to make a monthly work plan for the harvest (interval), fertilizer , nursey, infrastructure and heavy equipment in the scope of work.
- Able to control the absence of labor and provide direction of work to be done every day Doing the program seeding, planting seedlings, financial and operational controls

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
- Age max. 35 years old.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent. Job role in Agriculture/Plantation or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Manuring, Nursery, Harvesting.
- Willing to located at site project.
