HR Development Supervisor ( Code : HRD Spv )
Riau

Responsibilities:
- To manage recruitment process and induction program.
- To manage general HRD administration, as well as to analyze and improve current administration practices.
- Prepare training need analysis
- Manage and update training cycle, develop training matrix for competency development.
- Develop employee career path.
- Able to conduct coaching and counseling

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree preferably on Management or Psychology.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Prefer have knowledge on psychological test (DISC, MBTI, Plus 32)
