1. Internal Audit Manager
Responsibilities:
- Conducting risk assessment for and the development of annual internal audit plans.
- Perform and occasionally lead audits/special reviews with respect to large and complex operations to meet project and individual accountabilities.
- Identify, allocate, and perform task, coordinate/monitor works, control audit/assignment resources, consolidate results, and other project duties.
- Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
- Ensuring all the company operations comply with company's regulation, policy and procedures.
- Develop and discuss findings, reccomendations and time lines for corrective action.
- Monitor implementation status of agreed recommendations
- Make presentations of audit results to management of audited operation.
- Maintain and update audit programs.
Requirements:
- Male.
- Possess Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum at least 8 years experience working as internal audit, especially in sales or distribution company.
- Having minimum 2 years as Internal Audit Manager.
- Experience working in one of the big four public accounting form would be an advantage. \
- Computer literate and excellent in Microsoft excel.
- Good anaytical thinking and have good skill in problem solving.
- Good leadership, interpersonal skill, communication, and possess positive motivation.
- Able to work under pressure and in a tight deadline.
- Possess good comand un english.
- Willing to travel.
2. Internal Audit Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Perform and occasionally lead audits/special reviews with respect to large and complex operations to meet project and individual accountabilities.

- Develop, discuss and giving recommendations of findings.
