Organization Development & Performance Specialist
Jawa Barat - Narogong

Responsibilities:

Scope of works:
- To deliver successful implementation of organization development program, assignments, facilitations, particularly those related to organization changes, job design, performance management, and sustainable improvement of OD processes, as well as all the related projects
- To roll out, maintain, and follow up performance management cycle implementation, likewise ensuring data quality and analysis related to Performance Management database

Requirements:

Education:
- Min. Bachelor degree. Degree in Management or HR Management is preferable

Experience :
- 4 years exposure in Organization Development in large company.

Computer literacy:
- Excellent Microsoft Office

Language:
- Excellent in English, both written and verbal

Other qualification / skills:
- Ability to demonstrate practical application of organizational development concepts and tools
- Knowledge of systems, change management and leadership theory.
- Ability to work independently to identify internal and/or external resources, manage multiple projects and adapt to change.
- Excellent relationship skills, exposed to middle and senior management level
- Effectively deliver presentations in a variety of formal presentation settings; commands attention and can manage group process during the presentation
