Business Risk and Control Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
- Act a risk and control specialist to ensure management understanding of risks, controls, ownership and accountability in their areas.
- Assist the business to develop RCAs and identify risks.
- Develop and execute control monitoring and testing based on business requirements.
- Report issues identified by testing/monitoring to local management and committees.
- Review the adequacy of action plan and monitor the progress of remediation plans.

Requirements:
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the Internal Audit or Internal Control.
- Experience in Banking or Big Four Public Accountant.
- Able to do risk analysis.
- Having knowledge in monitoring activity, control design and testing control method.
- Able to speak English fluently.
- Good communication skill
- Able to work in team or individually
