Specialist - Customer Experience Management
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
- Ensure best in class operational excellence by managing and controlling MS Partners QoS (Quality of Service) delivery in Customer Experience Management area
- Advice variance-analysis in Customer Experience Management area based on MS Partners reported and agreed KPI delivery
- Advice trending-analysis in Customer Experience Management area to indentify customer and network usage and behavior patterns
- Advice analysis-and-recommendation for short term re-engineering and long term network improvements in Customer Experience Management area
- Advice recommendation to MS partner and XL management on operational concerns critical in nature for timely decisions and changes needed
- Advice plan to engage MS partner in quality improvement development in Customer Experience Management area

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent with minimum 5 years experience in related area
- Advance understanding on Network Operational Service level and KPI in Telco
- Advance knowledge in Telecommunication and value added service
- Intermediate knowledge in Operating system and Project management
- Intermediate knowledge in Project Management
- Good in analytical and reporting skill

Successful candidates will work in a result oriented and
dynamic environment. English proficiency and computer
literacy are required for this position.
