BI Reporting Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
- To manage regulatory reporting activities for the bank ensuring compliance with reporting requirements with Bank Indonesia
- To continuously review and enhance reporting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness and efficiency.
- Keep up to date with BI regulation in order to support management decision making and key compliance risk management
- Actively manage team resourcing requirements in order to maintain key objectives in consideration of the business growth objectives of the Bank

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university;
- Strong knowledge and more than 3 years experience in areas: BI Reporting (LBU, LHBU etc);
- Pose strong data analysis and business analysis skill;
- Pose 1-2 years involvement in Core Banking replacement project is a plus;
- Familiar with Oracle Flexcube is a plus;
- Excellent writing, communications skills;
- Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills;
- Proactive, full of initiative, and able to work efficiently within a team environment;
- Highly Motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

ATM Business Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
- To ensure the growth of ATM business to support overall Bank’s target while at the same time ensuring the convenient of customer in doing transaction through ATM
- To understand and analyze current trends on ATM Profitability & Transaction Frequency in order to define appropriate plan accordingly (business plan, marketing plan etc)
- To define new ATM locations and ATM relocations
- To coordinate with all related parties during development of new ATM or any ATM relocation
- To handle day to day ATM related, ie ensuring cleanliness of all ATMs, the operability of all ATMs, including ensuring all ATMs have the right stickers and marketing collateral
- Manage and ensure the readiness of any weekly, monthly report related to E-Channel (volume, frequency & revenue)
- Managing customer complaint handling including support branch inquiries and monitoring in problem solving related to E-Channel area

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in banking/economic/accounting/IT;
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in Banking (developing & managing E-Channel Product primarily ATM, Debit Card & EDC and any project management & data mining experience will be advantage);
- Proactive, full of initiative, and able to work efficiently within a team environment;
- Highly Motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
